The Acoustic guitar (Taylor 814CE) was recorded through an ADK Thor Mic into a Universal Audio LA610 MkII into a Universal Audio Apollo Quad interface. 
The Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe was recording into a Kemper Profiling Amp (1967 Marshall Plexi) into the Apollo Quad.

This is the only equipment I know for sure, because these are the only parts I recorded myself.
